Summary of plans: BasicPlan® provides basic health insurance coverage. ExtendaPlan® has the features of the BasicPlan and adds on coverage for medical practitioners such as Massage Therapists and Chiropractors. OmniPlan® has all the features of ExtendaPlan® with additional coverage for vision care and accidental death.
